New Year’s Temporal Clock Tower – Holiday Special

Story

Every New Year’s Eve, a strange tower appears in the Realms and cause time havoc. Everything around seems to get old faster. The plants die the animals flee and nature itself gets out of control.

You are sent by the king to discover the mysteries of that tower. You’ve been promised 15,000 gp each and deeded ownership of a five-mile swath of land that surround the tower’s location.

Do you have what it takes to investigate this clockwork mechanism and solve the problem?

Be prepared to fight waves of enemies as you make your way up the floors of this tall tower.

Character Creation

New Year’s Temporal Clock Tower is a one shot adventure for 3-6 7th level characters and it should take around 3 hours to complete.

Please create a character level 7, using Point buy or Standard array for skills and Max HP for level 1. You will then get the average for the remaining levels. Starting class equipement + 1 uncommon magical item.

Everything from Wizards of the Coast is allowed for character creation. You will have access to our compendium to create your character. Here’s what you will be able to use with charactermancer:

– Player’s Handbook
– Dungeon Master’s Guide
– Monster Manual
– Xanathar’s Guide to Everything
– Volo’s Guide to Monsters
– Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes
– Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide
– Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything
– Eberron – Rising from the Last War
– Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons

Hi, I’m David! Storytelling has been my passion since childhood. I used to build endless adventures with my toys and regularly ignored bedtime to keep the stories going. That creative spark evolved through my teen years into live action roleplaying (LARP), where I discovered a love for improvisation and collaborative world building. I’ve been playing Dungeons & Dragons for 29 years, starting with AD&D at age 10 and stepping into the Dungeon Master role by 13. Since then, I’ve been crafting immersive and engaging worlds designed to draw players in and keep the energy high. My DM style is fast paced and balanced, blending roleplay, skill challenges, and dynamic combat. I come to every session fully prepared, making space for creativity and spontaneity. My goal is to empower players to shape the story alongside me and create something unforgettable together.
