Darkness in the Sand – One Shot D&D
You have long known Professor Jalen Humbleheart, halfling noble and experienced archeology professor. While exhibiting little arcane talent, she possesses the keen mind and insatiable curiosity needed for an amateur occultist.
Her most recent letter, a month ago, described an upcoming eclipse heralding the return of a living darkness. Worried by the lack of contact since, the party tracks her expedition deep into the desert, hoping to catch up with her. But the eclipse occured a day earlier than expected, and now they must find Humbleheart before this trip becomes her last.
Embark on a high-fantasy horror one-shot in a forgotten desert archaeological dig site. Your mission: rescue Jane, navigate treacherous dunes, and decipher ancient hieroglyphs to prevent the resurgence of evil. Brace for thrilling encounters and exploration in the perilous sands. Will you thwart the darkness of the past and ensure a safe rescue?
