D&D: The 13th
The forest is silent… too silent. Shadows stretch from the trees, their shapes eerily reminiscent of lurking figures. The air grows colder as you approach Camp Silverlake, where rumors of a demented killer known only as Janek send shivers down the spine of any who dare approach.
Janek is a relentless stalker, a figure from local folklore who may be more than myth. His mask hides not only his face but the horrors he’s endured… and the ones he will unleash. Your group of adventurers has stumbled into his domain.
Each of you, equipped with the standard gear for your class, are unprepared for the terror lurking in the woods. But surviving Janek’s hunt will require more than weapons — it’ll take wit, courage, and luck. Can you escape before Janek finds you?
Character Creation
D&D: The 13th is a One Shot for 3-6 players and should take around 3 hours to complete.
Please create two level 1 characters and one level 5 character. Use Point Buy or Standard Array for stats, and max HP for your level 1 characters. You will then get the average for the remaining levels. Starting equipment only. Each player gets backup characters because your characters may die once or twice, making the game longer. The level 5 character is for when you earn an in-game boon to call for extra help. You’ll only play one character at a time.
Everything from Wizards of the Coast is allowed for character creation. You will have access to our compendium with every modules to create your character.
D&D Beyond will not be allowed, you will have to use Charactermancer. You can either use an empty character sheet provided or import your character. We will be more than happy to provide assistance if needed.
We highly recommend you make any necessary preparations before the game commences. These may include things such as reviewing these tutorials prior to the start of the game.
