Rosewood Manor with DM Lytha
Long has Rosewood Manor stood upon the cliff above the town of Ashenfall. For centuries the manor has passed from one master to another falling further and further into disrepair. That is until the current master of the manor, Lord Xalvador Shadowbrook, spent a vast fortune on it’s restoration. Once the repairs were complete and permanent staff hired, things turned horribly wrong. Anyone who spent the night at the manor disappeared without a trace. Adventurers have attempted to solve this mystery only for them to never be seen again.
There is now a standing contract from Lord Shadowbrook for anyone who can “survive” the night in the manor, rewarding 1000gp to each person who is still present the following morning.
Character Creation
Rosewood Manor is our brand new released 5th level module by DM Lytha for 3-6 players and should take around 3 hours to complete
Please create a level 5 character, using Point buy or Standard array for skills and Max HP for level 1. You will then get the average for the remaining levels. Starting equipment + 1 uncommon magic items +200g for non-magical equipment or healing potions.
Everything from Wizards of the Coast 2014 is allowed for character creation. You will have access to our compendium with every modules to create your character.
D&D Beyond will not be allowed, you will have to use Charactermancer. You can either use an empty character sheet provided or import your character. We will be more than happy to provide assistance if needed.
We highly recommend you make any necessary preparations before the game commences. These may include things such as reviewing these tutorials prior to the start of the game.

Hi I'm DM Lytha! I'm an avid gamer who loves to play games in any form, and fell in love with D&D back in 3.5e (we don't talk about 4e)! During COVID we swapped to Roll20 and I decided to try and give DMing another go since I had a lot more free time. Since then I had been consistently running 2 campaigns, one of which was a full homebrew, silly arena one shots and a yearly fun holiday one shot before joining the Elite Adventures team. Since then I've had so much fun I just keep adding more and more games! I'm up to 2 homebrew campaigns with one shots every once and a while, just to mix it up a bit. I focus making making that every game is unique to each group, where even the smallest decision can have an impact on the rest of the game! I use inside jokes, custom maps, NPCs, spell templates and magic items tailored for each group, and player, to make sure that my players are getting the best experience they can, no matter their previous gaming experience! I truly believe that it's the players that tell the story and it's my job to bring that story to life! I welcome all at my table and make it a safe place for any and everyone!
